Could u please run another test. Set your cpu-governor to performance mode this time. The miner is highly multithreaded. Since it scales so bad compared to a 1070 – it could be due to scheduling latencies. So if u have some time pls test with cpu-scaling governor set to performance.

The decentralization is done using the blockchain technology. Blockchain, is a type of a ledger that confirms transactions and lives in a distributed-fashion in the cloud. In other words, a group of computers around the world holds copies of the order books and for any given change in it, all the copies are updated. When a majority of the computers authorize a transaction, the money is securely transferred and added to the next block which will be written.

One of my GPUs is throwing out a constant stream of “GPU #2 returned incorrect data!” errors. It’s a rig with 4x 7950s running at stock speeds (925 MHz GPU clock, 1250 MHz Mem clock) and all are running below 70C with fan speeds set at 85%. Most people with this issue seem to have much higher temps or big overclocks. Also, adjusting the intensity does not help. Has anyone else run into this or managed to fix it?

It relies on high Random Access Memory needs to bottleneck the generation of proofs and ASIC development unfeasible.
For this reason, miners started to work in groups, which are called pools. A pool of miners unites the calculation power of a workforce of small miners in order to obtain a significant mining power (aka hash rate), thus increasing the chance of solving a puzzle and getting the reward for it. Each miner in the pool, gets a “share” of the reward, according to the amount of power he contributed to the pool.
Hey Charlie, Well, you should multiply the hashrate and electricity consumption and price tag of each GPU by 6, seeing as the Zodiac contains 6 GPUs. When you identify which exact card the Zodiac is using, you’ll be able to search those details but you’ll still need to account for there being 6 GPUs in the complete unit, so 6 times as much hashrate, cost and power consumption.
