I think the Nvidia bottle neck applies to anything you mine on Windows. It has to do with the recent Nvidia drivers. That’s why I suggest ubuntu. Now I’m not for sure on Windows 7 because I only use Windows 10 and Ubuntu. If you find something out let me know!

To see all the directories in your current location type ‘ls’. I personally like to change the name of my zcash directory in the home folder to ‘zcash’ just so it’s shorter. A: You can run the miner like all previous versions with command line arguments, in this case the config file will be ignored. If you sets the –config argument, the specified config file will be used, all other command line arguments will be ignored. If you run a miner without command line arguments, the miner will try to use the default config file miner.cfg.
Right click on the bat file called “flypool” and hit Edit. The file will open in Notepad. Paste what you’ve copied from the flypool website. I’m going to update my server to “us1” instead of “eu1,” and I’m also going to remove the “—cuda_devices” language at the end. Digital currencies are mine to a transparent address but it can be spent to shielded address or Z-address. This currency should be swept out of the transparent in one transaction without any changes. You should use the Z-sendmany command to send currencies from a transparent address to shielded address. You need 4GB RAM for this process.
